SCR Health Check & NOx Spot Check
On-site testing carried out at a specified frequency (typically every 12 months per MEPC.399(83)) to evaluate the actual DeNOx performance of the catalyst. Portable analyzers measure NOx concentrations at the SCR system raw emission and treated emission to calculate the NOx reduction rate and determine whether the catalyst still meets Tier III emission requirements.
Key Features
- ✓Portable analyzer NOx measurement
- ✓Raw and treated emission comparison
- ✓NOx reduction rate calculation
- ✓Compliance with MEPC.399(83)
- ✓Records kept for class society inspection
